GQT - help needed for my olive tree

I live in Marden and have had an olive tree (in pot) for 2 years, recently the tree is looking sick.

I was wondering if anyone could give us some advice on what is wrong. I have looked at all the reasons it could be on the internet, but they have not helped us much, it’s either over watering/under watering. I have checked the back below the soil and it is Green, as is the branches.

I would be very grateful for any advice.
